Podman/Docker

This guide will help you set up QSM.Web within Podman or Docker.

  1. Podman or Docker
  2. Podman Compose or Docker Compose
  3. Git

First, Clone the Git repository and go into the directory by running:

Terminal window
git clone https://github.com/lines-of-codes/QSMSharp.git
cd QSMSharp

QSM.Web uses Docker Hardened Images (DHI) by default, so you’ll need to log into DHI first with your Docker account credentials and pull images used by QSM by running

Terminal window
podman login dhi.io
podman pull dhi.io/dotnet:10-sdk-alpine
podman pull dhi.io/aspnetcore:10-alpine

Now, Simply run the following to build and run QSM.Web:

Terminal window
podman compose up --build -d

The server will be started on http://localhost:8080 (and binds to all interfaces), feel free to adjust the port mapping within the compose.yaml file.
